Rhonda “Tink” Baker is an accountant who helps several charities manage their bingo financial records. She received her education at Greenville Technical College and University of South Carolina-Upstate. Ms. Baker has been helping small businesses manage their financial affairs for the past 25 years with special emphasis in insurance and non-profit accounting. . Her interest in helping charities and in politics caused her to jump on board to form the SCCBA. Ms. Baker is an active member of the Non-Profit Advisory Council in SC and has spoken to various groups across the state regarding bingo as a charitable fundraising source. She also had the honor of representing the SCCBA as a Special Session Speaker at the annual Bingo World Expo in Las Vegas in 2005.

Ms. Baker is married and the mother of two teenage girls. She has served on the SC State Mental Health Commission and is an active proponent of Charter Schools in SC. She enjoys knowing that just one person can help make a difference in another’s life and in the world around them.
